The Golden Plaza Hotel, Panchkula

I had mixed feelings about my stay. The rooms were neat and generally a good place to retreat to, but the service left much to be desired. There was a corporate group that seemed to monopolize the attention of the staff, leaving individual guests feeling neglected. Dining was a letdown, with very limited options and poor quality food. On the positive side, the hotel offered nice accommodations but not a great overall experience.

My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. Although the location is excellent for shopping and the buffet breakfast was enjoyable, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. The frequent power cuts and inadequate air conditioning made it a less comfortable experience overall.

The hotel is conveniently located next to a mall, which made our stay even more enjoyable. However, the buffet spread could be improved, although the overall value for money is excellent.
